Rates vary, depending on the room and season, from $139-179.00/double
occupancy, per night. An additional guest or use of a second bed is an extra $15.00. |

Reservations are encouraged as far in advance as possible. We require the
first night's deposit in advance. Cancellation is allowed up to 14 days from first night of your
reservation. Special events may require
30 day cancellation and a full deposit. Some regional events have a minimum stay length. Guests who cancel late, or do not arrive
at all, will be responsible for the entire reservation. All cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee |

Pets are accepted on a limited basis in our cottage, with advance approval only.
Regretfully, we do not have handicap access. While smoking is not
permitted in the inn or cottage, please feel free to smoke on the front porch or the large deck between LePetite Chateau and the inn.. |
